What are your hours? 

We are open Monday through Friday from 8:00am - 8:00pm & Saturday through Sunday from 8:00am - 3:00pm. 

Can the clinic be reached on weekends or holidays?

YES! Patient care is #1 to us, we have great flexibility. You can always reach us at (808) 778-5824. 

Do you accept walk-ins? 

Yes, we do take walk-ins! Please make sure to bring your ID and insurance card when you come in.

Do you have TeleHealth services?

Yes, we do! We are very flexible and want to accommodate our patients' schedules as much as possible, so feel free to request a TeleHealth appointment when booking your appointment. 

Are you accepting new patients?

Yes, we are accepting new patients! You can register in person, over the phone, or by filling out the Book an Appointment form here on our website.

What type of insurances do you accept?

Please visit our Approved Insurances page for a complete list of insurances we accept. If you do not see your insurance provider listed, please contact our office directly to confirm your insurance is accepted.

What should I bring to my appointment?

In addition to anything specifically requested, please make sure to bring your valid ID and insurance card.

What types of testing do you have available?

  • COVID-19:

    • Rapid Results​

      • ​Results typically ready in 15 minutes​

    • PCR Test

      • Send to lab (results in 1-2 days)​

  • Strep Testing:

    • Rapid Molecular​

      • Results in 30 minutes​

    • Rapid Antigen

      • Results in 10-15 minutes​

  • Flu Testing:

    • Rapid Test​

      • Results in 10 minutes​

    • Flu Diagnostic Testing
